    We offer Standard and Free Shipping

    Processing Time

      Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or supply issues, promotions, processing times may be extended, and we appreciate your understanding.

      Shipping Time

        For most serviceable pin codes, we try to deliver within 3-4 days. But due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, remote locations, stocking issues, or any other reason - it may take longer. You will however be able to track your package using a unique tracking link that we will Email/SMS/Whatsapp you after your order is sent to our delivery partner.

        Order Tracking

          Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and whatsapp with a tracking number. You can track your order using the provided tracking information on our website or the courier's website.

          Shipping Address Accuracy

            Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

            Shipping Delays

              While we strive to provide accurate shipping estimates, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs clearance, or carrier delays may impact delivery times. We appreciate your patience in such situations.

              Missing or Lost Packages

                If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if your package is missing, please contact our customer support team at support@autovenue.in for assistance.

                Note:

                Once the order is shipped it cannot be cancelled . There may be a delay in delivery of one or two days from the estimated date based on the availability of the item.
