Order

There are two ways to place an order:

1. Simply navigate to "www.autovenue.in". Browse through product selection and choose the desired products. Add it to your cart, proceed to the checkout, and make the payment to finalize your order.

2. Chat us with Live/whatsapp and enquire about the product, provide shipping address and email. Our executive will help you to create the order and make the payment to finalize your order.

We offer cancellations only on products that have not yet shipped. Please find Cancel Order in the Help section and proceed with Phone/Email/Order number.

Delivery address cannot be changed once the product is dispatched from our warehouse.

Incase if your product is not shipped then we can try to help changing the new address. For that you should reach our Customer Service through Contact Us section

Yes, You will get order confirmation details on email and whatsapp.

Once you logged in with your account you can see your order details. In that order section if the order is fulfilled then you can see the option of Download Invoice there you can get invoice for your order placed.

Payment

We accept all Major Internet Banking, Debit, Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, MaestroCard, Rupay, Amex, Gpay, Phonepe, Paytm, EMI and also Pay later option.

Dear Customer,

Due to recent challenges with fake orders and delivery partner issues, we have temporarily disabled the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option. This decision is aimed at maintaining the integrity of our services.

Your order details may have not been captured with us. Please reach out to our Customer Service for Order Confirmation.

Shipping

We ship from our partnered warehouses in India depending upon the product availability.

If the item is readily available then it will be dispatched within 1-2 working day of order placed.

If the item is not available in the market we will inform you and request to wait for one week for dispatching. If you are ready to wait then we will follow up till a week for item gets dispatched.

If you are not ready to wait for one week we can cancel your order and initiate the refund.

An email and whatsapp with the tracking number will be sent once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

You can also track your order from your account on the website by clicking "Track" at the top right corner.

Note: It can take some time before the tracking information is uploaded.

Once you receive the shipping confirmation, your package will be delivered within 3-7 business days. We are constantly working to get your order delivered as soon as possible.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners.

Product

All product price includes taxes and displayed price is the final price.

If something went wrong and you receive damage products, Please contact Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt of shipment. Please have your order number available. Kindly keep the packaging material of the product and also try to take images or videos and share the same to us so that we can investigate the issue. We will process the replacement/refund for the same as soon as we receive back the damaged product.

Others

For claiming warranty you can visit the respective brand's website contact their support and show the purchase invoice to them for further procedure.

You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure.

We do not sell our customers information. Emails or Phone numbers are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts.
